Roses in a Field of Corn

Roses In A Field Of Corn

I was looking forward to writing this biography about my grandmother Gregoria and how she described to me how she met my grandfather Daniel.

Growing up, I loved watching westerns and cowboy movies with my father. He loves the television series Big Valley and Bonanza.

I wanted to write a western or cowboy story for him in a small town, farming environment, he so much loves. I'm honored to write my father's parents, my grandparents love story because of him.

“Roses In A Field of Corn,” is about family value and it’s focused audience are kids, the majority of the story is written as a fairytale that is very much possible. Love is a beautiful influence in this story.

The love stories both my parents share in common with their parents, is the union between the Indigenous tribes and the Spaniards. Their love stories are of interracial marriages during the beginning stages of the Cowboy culture.

The Spaniards conquered many parts of, “The Americas,” but in my opinion Love was the greater conquerer.
